we inform you that the Tecno-ingranaggi s.r.l. (hereinafter also the “Tecno-ingranaggi”) as Data Controller, will process – for the purposes and in accordance with the following terms and conditions – the personal data that you provided by filling out the form on the contact page of the website and, in particular:
A) Name, Surname, Telephone, E-mail.
1. Legal basis and purpose of data processing.
This processing is based on your consent and is aimed at providing the requested feedback.
2. Processing of personal data
The processing of your personal data is carried out, also by electronic means, through the operations provided in Article 4 n. 2 of the GDPR. Specifically, it may be the collection, recording, organisation, consultation, elaboration, alteration, selection, retrieval, alignment, use, combination, blocking , disclosure, erasure or destruction of personal data.
3.Mandatory submission of personal data
The provision of personal data is required for the above purposes.
In the event of a refusal, Tecno-ingranaggi will not be able to provide the requested feedback.
4. Circle of communication of the personal data
4.1. Only personnel from the specially designated Tecno-ingranaggi S.r.l. will be informed about your personal data.
4.2. Personal details that you provide will not be divulgated.
5.1. Data transfer abroad
5.1. Personal data are stored on servers located in Italy. It is anyway understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, will be able to move the servers even outside the EU. In this case, the Data Controller shall hereby ensure that the transfer of data outside the EU will be carried out in accordance with the relevant legal provisions and, specifically, those of the Chapter V of the GDPR.
5.2. Outside of the cases in point 5.1., your personal data will not be transferred outside the EU.
6. Data retention period
6.1. Your data will be stored for the period required for the fulfilment of the purposes for which it was acquired, and in any case no later than the time necessary to provide the requested feedback.
6.2. The verification on the obsolescence on the data object of treatment regarding the purposes for which they have been collected and processed is carried out periodically.

8.Rights of the data subject
At any time, you can know the data about you, to know how they were acquired, to check if they are accurate, complete, updated, stored safely and to request rectification or cancellation in accordance with Articles 16 and 17 GDPR.
You are also entitled to receive personal data which you have provided and processed with your consent, in a structured, common and machine-readable fonnat, and to revoke at any time any consent given regarding the processing of data.
Pursuant to art. 21 GDPR, you will have the right to object in whole or in part to processing of personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation; where your personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, you will have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data.
These rights can be exercised through specific request to be addressed by registered mail or certified email to the Data Controller.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
