Tradition
Tecno-ingranaggi was established on the basis of a long family tradition, and has been manufacturing cutting-edge spur gears and transmission parts since 1988. In particular spur gears with straight teeth, and smooth and ground helical gears up to 500 mm in diameter.
Company premises cover an area of 7500 covered square metres, with one of the most select fleets of machinery on the market, and an internal technical and tooling department.
Tecno-ingranaggi can meet the most diverse customer requirements in accordance with agreed price, timescales and quality levels.

La misura della qualità
Tecno-ingranaggi dispone di una sala controllo qualità con un laboratorio metallografico completo di microdurometro per il controllo delle profondità di cementazione, di un microscopio metallografico per il controllo delle strutture dei materiali e di uno spettrometro per il controllo dell’analisi chimica degli stessi. Controllo magnetico AC-DC dopo rettifica e controllo ad ultrasuoni dei materiali impiegati.
